Digislide honoured in Silicon Valley, USA

Digislide is generating a buzz in the US for its groundbreaking technologies. Digislide was honoured this week (Nov 13-15) at the ANZA Technology Network Australia and New Zealand Technology Showcase Conference in Silicon Valley, California, receiving the 2005 Guy Manson Award. This award recognises “unique and impressive technology, as well as a clear opportunity to capitalise on the intention in the global market”.

Digislide’s CEO, Luceille Outhred, and US Director of Business Development, Mr Bob Cuerden, were presented with the award after Ms Outhred’s presentation of Digislide’s DIGISMART technologies and its investment opportunities at the conference.

Digismart, which is essentially miniaturised projection systems capable of fitting inside mobile phones and other handheld devices, have far-reaching applications and significant potential for the company and its licensees.

ANZA represents the premier business development, investment and strategic partnering conference in Silicon Valley which is focused on Australia and New Zealand. As a result of the award win there, Digislide has been invited to attend “DEMO” in the US next year, which is touted as “technology’s most elite product showcase”.

As for Digislide, projections for the future look bright indeed!
